 Gulf Bay® Construction Company was established in 1998 to increase the level of quality in the various Gulf Bay® developments. As an in-house construction company, Gulf Bay® constructs for a single client: Gulf Bay®, and it has an annual hard cost construction portfolio of approximately $300 million.


Projects of Gulf Bay® Construction Company’s High Rise Division include Saint Raphaél, a 20-story, 178 residence high-rise condominium in Pelican Bay completed in summer of 2000; Marco Beach Ocean Resort®, a 12-story, 98 all-suite luxury hotel condominium located on Marco Island, completed in fall of 2001; and Cap Ferrat®, a 111-unit, 22-story condominium in Pelican Bay, completed in fall of 2002.
